CASE STUDY: FANTA
In 2014 players from across the Middle East region were given their first chance to become “Fanta Gaming Masters” with PLG - Power League Gaming, the leading eSports operator in the Middle East region. The program has developed to solidify these partners EA Sports and PlayStation 4, along with many others as a platform for amateur players to develop their skills, compete, achieve recognition and to win some great prizes. As a part of Fanta’s campaign, Juego Studios’ team created an app named Fanta Masters like a social media for mobile devices and online browsers. This app includes five small games, updated news, events and also has an interesting Leaderboard and much more.
Fanta wanted to promote “Fanta Gaming Masters” with PLG and also to engage their existing and future customers with digital Gamification.
APPROACH & SOLUTION
Considering the physical campaign, we closely integrated the game with the planned physical event. The app, Fanta Masters is more or less like a social networking app where the users will be able to play the games as well as compare their score with friends.
Fanta Masters has other choices like news section, video section and top 10 updated mobile games’ list with critic’s rating and review. Talking about gaming section, users will be able to play five types of games, named as Speed, Strength, Stamina, Focus, and Reflex. By scoring in all games, users can also build their potential graph chart and will receive interesting badges, superficial signs like Iron Eagle, The Watcher, Raging Bull and many others. There’s also plenty other options users can find, like interesting articles related to the game and can details about top games with their promotional videos. With everyday challenges, Fanta Masters will never leave you bored!
